Should you wish to return any of your Roots products please read our returns policy.
If you deem any products you receive as damaged or faulty please email us on email@example.com. We will inform you where to post your product back to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of postage and packaging of any returns. We will either replace the product(s) if you wish, or we will issue a refund for the cost of the item purchased.
